We’ve all heard of the massively successful Pound Shop and Pound Land chains, selling budget friendly wares to the masses.  Here at Fusion signs we were recently asked to produce signage for the latest and greatest of them all – Pound Pub

With the slogan ‘More Round for your Pound’  and based on the same concept as the high street giants, Pound Pub plans to offer cut price beverages to the thirsty residents of Atherton by rebranding the ‘Old Issacs’ pub into a cut price watering-hole.  Mopping up the local competition in the process!

With beer prices at just £1 for a half pint and £1.50 for a pint, the owners ‘Here For Your Hospitality Ltd’ are hoping that this new concept will take off in a big way and help bring punters back into our pubs with a no-frills approach.  Their formula includes cheaper beers, non-alcoholic and soft drinks plus traditional pub games.  Unfortunately there will be no Sky Sports on offer.  Well, they have to save the money for those discounts from somewhere, don’t they?

Fusion signs have incorporated the PoundPub logo to create brightly coloured exterior signs for the new hostelry, giving it a modern and unique character.
